Here's a Drunkard's Path sampler I finished 
quilting this morning for Beth:


I did an over all loopy design on each block
and a back and forth loopy design in the sashing with a flower in each corner stone.


You can see the quilting better on the back.
I love how the turquoise thread shows up on the black!


You can also see the curlicue design I did in the turquoise inner border and then the 
faux feathers in the outer border.

 

I finished listening to a great book while quilting this quilt, "Between Shades of Gray" by Ruta Sepetys.

I had no idea about this happening.
It's a very dark piece of history for the Lithuanian people but a very well written book.
(I love to receive my history in this manor!!)
