Here is the finished comfort quilt I made out of a jelly roll practicing for a Jelly Roll Race.
And here is the quilting.
I did a different design in each row from the middle down, and then did Mirror image of the same designs the other direction.

This is Connie the winner of the Jelly Roll Race
at the Summer Sew In this past week end
that I wrote about earlier.
She finished in 40 minutes.

This is Missy.
She's a 'newbie', started in March.
Took my Free Motion Class after the race and
quilted her entire quilt with intersecting wavy lines.
(See the very top line of quilting in the second pic above,)

This last quilt was made by Trish.
You can see she used the same fabric that I did in mine but they look different.
That's the beauty of this Pattern.  No 2 look alike.

Happy quilting!

  2. Beautiful 1600 jelly roll quilts! I've made two :D I'm quilting one today. Hope to quilt the other this week or next.
Love your border ideas!! I could make these delightful quilts over and over. They are fun mystery quilts, you never know how they are going to turn out! A nice size, too.
